    Before Unix grandpas say anything I need to note that SysV was not the initial init system. It takes its name from SysV Unix.

          Next time, do a proper research before typing. Systemd was inspired by Apple launchd. OSX which is now MacOS went to the similar painful process

            it is like this idiot doesn't know that macos' launchd is the main influence on systemd
            and ffs what relative merits of two obscure languages have to do in systemd context?

                Aside of the fact that Swift is cross-platform, does it really matter what language you're using for your Hello World "software"?

                    Where else do you expect all the routing and NAT stuff needed for VPN happening? I personally would think that the place where all other routing and NAT stuff goes on is quite a good place for that.
