Ryzen Compiler Performance: Clang 4/5 vs. GCC 6/7/8 Benchmarks

I was under the understanding that in GCC 6.3.0 -march=znver1 is actually just a copy of -march=bdver4 and since Ryzen is so much different than Piledriver that isn't something you'd want to use.

Could totally be wrong about this tho.
