    ReactOS keeps getting more promising.

Also you might want to use the .org site instead of the .ru, it supports https:

Can it run any recent MS Office? I know that I'm repeating myself but I wish for Parallels counterpart on Linux based on ReactOS.

ReactOS isn´t an emulator. It´s also not a Linux distro. It will never be possible to build a wine/parallels layer using ReactOS. What will be possible is building a unix subsystem on ReactOS or taking some code from ReactOS for wine. That said, the APIs implemented in ReactOS need to be wrapped to Linux native functions to work on Linux and Wine already does this.

so far reactos is an OS designed to replace 'official' windows on OBSOLETE systems , I tried to install (even the latest version) to modern PCs (AMD64) reactos just could not load some of its drivers, well, in this case, zero benefit.

will reactos offer a better platform to run Windows Applications than what Wine already offers ? if yes, of the top of my head, I was thinking GPU pass through to the ReactOS VM and playing games on it.

reactos devs and wine devs are sharing development effort because obvious reasons http://www.reactos.org/wiki/WINE
