Are there any details on why ARM64 was chosen as the merge target? It seems Aarch64 has wider use outside Apple, but ARM64 probably have had more dedicated development at Apple and therefore better optimized to the best-selling Aarch64 design; but are there any specifics that would make one better as a merge target than the other?
