I hope this gets backported to 6.12

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but AFAIK in GLibc rseq is only used for `getcpu()`. So unless you have a workload that frequently calls that function or you use an alternative library that makes use of rseq for something else, this patch would have zero impact on you.
