    OMG, this.

    Whenever I've used particular CPU extensions, I've made use of the fact that CPU ID includes bits for individual capabilities. C'mon, man. What kind of fool hard-codes specific model numbers??

      I wonder what fraction of CPUs are unknown to OpenBLAS? Like, how common of a problem was this?
