      Which ones? The last ones I remember are from several versions back.

        I believe the bug refers to 71238 which is fixed in 5.12.1 - not Wayland specific but a release-blocker for shipping 5.12 with any Linux distro. https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_5.12.0_Known_Issues

                Is it possible to change Qt's animation frame rate? Having 30 FPS animations on a desktop is ugly...

                  I tested a liveCD with Qt 5.12 recently, and it appears like they fixed that weird bug where horizontal lines would appear in konsole/kate when you had scaling set to some fractional number. Looking forward to testing it again when that version of Qt filters down to the mainstream releases.

                    Your application is probably trying to hit 60fps but is using double buffering. You can try forcing it to use single- or triple buffering. Though it is probably all up to the application of the driver defaults.
