    Those performance improvement numbers seem pretty significant. I hope Debian Buster will get this release.

      C++ API? OpenCV has always had official "proper" C++ support. It even provides the cv:: namespace.

      I.e cv::Mat in mat.hpp.

      I am assuming that they will not be removing the C API.

        kpedersen I'm sure the title should have been C++11 library, as that's what the C++ update is about.
