      all this new names... zinc, hogsy, doggy, moggy... it is so hard now to know what is the software doing by its name.

          I agree in general, however this lib at least thought about it. Second sentence in the patch notes: "It's also short, easy to type, and plays nicely with the recent trend of naming crypto libraries after elements".
