      I think it's entirely thing of Oracle.

      Anyway, didn't see it in OmniOS's license.

      It's easy enough to find, assuming question was legitimate and not trolling with the goal of spreading FUD.

        Question is legitimate. Reason is that Solaris' license used to have a clause forbidding benchmarking and comparisons to not embarrass Oracle.
