    OpenGL Version

    Dear

I've plan to buy this Notebook.
For my programming stuff I need to know if OpenGL Version 3.3 supported on the Broadwells GPU unit?

    I'll use Ubuntu 15...

    Thanks for answer. Cheers

The Intel graphics device driver supports OpenGL 3.3.

          Two finger scroll

Can you comment on the higher level functionality of the Thinkpad Carbon touchpad in linux? Specifically, how well, if at all, does two-finger scrolling, palm-detection work under Linux. Thanks

VT's are unusable with kernel 4.0.4

I'm running Fedora 21. Just updated kernel. Also same problem with F22 (liveusb).

Switching to VT, the screen flashes and is unusable.

I have the same problem. Been debugging it for a while now. ;(

                  1. Did you have any problem to run an Intel Graphic card for Gnome 3D effects or it
works out of the box in Fedora 21? What Gnome system info shows?
It is crucial to make all the 3D effects are being rendered by the GPU, instead of CPU. In CPU case one core is normaly used with 50% by gnome-shell.

                  2. Did you also have a problem with WiFi card described by speculatrix on 03-14-2015, 04:01 AM "If it's an Intel ac7260 then they're notorious for having problems."

It shouldn't take that long. Do a kernel bisect and report the regression and bisect result to Intel upstream.

Downstream bug reporting is often a waste of time for bugs like this. Better to report it direct to upstream on freedesktop.org.
