You'll be able to pull it (along with any other system logs) as usual from the linked OpenBenchmarking.org result pages once the results start getting published.

And this is my major problem with the T540. My T520 has an excellent keyboard:



The T540, a logical upgrade for me, has this abomination:



The totally useless number pad pushes the keyboard just enough to the left that you really notice typing offcenter from the screen. That's enough to make me look at something other than a ThinkPad to replace the T520.

I mostly agree though I would also bitch about the removal of the top row, and the lack of trackpoint buttons. The only good thing about the numpad, is probably that with the removal of the top row, it has the most logical position of home/end.

Hmm, I saw this post right *after* ordering a Kaveri-based Z50... went back and looked, yep it has the same off-center main keyboard to make room for the numeric pad. Might end up having to plug in a tenkeyless mechanical keyboard for desk use (probably worth it anyways just to get better keyswitches).

Oh well, the Lenovo was the only KV laptop I could find in Canada with 2 DRAM sticks that wasn't about $2000, so guess I would have made the same choice even if I had been paying attention to the keyboard. Doesn't have a high-res screen but I don't have high-res eyes either.

Just got this Laptop in and Loaded up Arch and the brightness control keys are not usable. It seems there are several keys not sending scancodes like MIC Mute, Brightness Up and Down. Others I really don't care about that are not sending scancodes are the ones assigned to F8-F12. This is the case for Ubuntu 14.10 in UEFI and Legacy as well as Arch in UEFI.
