Why is Google supporting HEVC on Android but not on youtube?

The HEVC license fee on Android is paid by the end user, the HEVC license fee on Youtube would have to be paid by Google.

Wrong. For now it's far more alive than AV1 - from hw accelerated decoding/encoding support to actual movies on torrent sites

in this case you are right. there is no known technology what causes the oceans to boil...
not even atomic bombs... if you use 1000 atomic bombs the strongend you can get then you can boil some water localy but globally the ocean still does not boil.

problem with that is this: if you boil 10L water or 1000L water and then later it rains... it is perfect normal
