    No need to. If you have the resources to verify the CPU, ask IBM for a license to the RTL and floorplans. That should match the actual die 100%.

    Unlike Intel, IBM hasn't been caught red handed forcing DRM and vendor locking through hidden, practically undocumented, highly privileged processors. AMD doesn't document their PSP publicly either, while all the IBM SBE (ppe42) documentation is open...
