I miss the staging editions of wine. The last two vanilla wine releases didn't get their staging editions.

Might be earlier, they have rebuild their stack to wine 3.0 RC1 so it should not take long now.

I don't think it's wine-staging packages, just regular wine packages

Those are just regular wine packages being built by the Wine Staging buildbot.
I am expecting the next Wine Staging release to be 3.0 (final).

Well you are probably right, albeit it says they have third party modifications to official wine. When there's staging on title then it has build staging packages(i.e. latest staging was #336 Staging 90679f2faf). Last time wine-staging updated, there were few packages that I could not download from winehq package repository. So I downloaded them directly from wine-staging builder.
