Neat, we can now play with games made with Unreal engine on Raspi3 or something. (/sarcasm)

Today??? I'm afraid you're a wee bit off on this one. It was released on Jan 17th (6 days ago).

You can check out the actual announcement post right here (free Epic Games account required).

PREVIEW! A Preview of the upcoming 4.15 release is available now on the Launcher and Github. We have made this Preview available so that our developer-community can help us catch issues before the final release. As fixes are implemented, we will release updated previews throughout the development cycle. Please be aware that the preview releases are not fully quality tested, that they are still under heavy active development, and that they should be considered as unstable until the final release...

You should be aware that the Epic Games Blog typically lags about a week behind current events. Their forum is where they actually announce things.

I have made an UE4 game (see link) that is playable as far back as iPhone 5 and a Samsung S4...so, yes, Raspberry Pi 3 support isn't far-fetched.

The cross-compiler toolchain they ship for windows has folders for targeting aarch64 and arm already. I don't see any official documentation, but it appears there's already experimenting going on.

In other interesting news, the 4.15 preview has stubs for the Nintendo Switch as well. (You'll have to get an SDK from Nintendo for it to actually be able to target it, though.)

Vulkan for Linux/Windows or when shall we get that?

Seems like they are more focusing on mobile than desktop Linux. The support for Vulkan is progressing slowly which is a shame, but its getting there. Would be nice to see it happen sooner than later as many devs use Unreal engine.
