      Just a bit of a ho-hum release...
      But at least Wine allows a pre-existing directory to be used a 32-bit Wineprefix root - that's one annoyance of the checklist.

      Now building Wine-Staging 1.9.20 ...

        Someone from the big Linux distros should fork Wine. Plus native D3D state trackers. This will update their percentage in PC's.

          Gentoo includes the Gallium 9 D3D patch set in the official Gentoo app-emulation/wine package already!

              Well it would also be nice if Wine didn't have so many function stubs for the post Vista Windows API additions...
              Or better handling of .Net libraries and core MS applications...
              Or better handling of application DRM code...
              Or a better Windows Explorer implementation...
              Or better theming support...

                Or Winetricks was automated, installing only the libraries that are not 100% complete for all apps and without prefixes. Wile libraries get finished one at a time.
