I'm not so sure, being it delayed by legal issues, it may take a while to sort out.

Personally, I doubt it. I'm guessing January.

I voted "no". And that's not Ryan's fault.

Well, at least UT3 will be cheaper when I actually buy it. But I'll test the Linux-demo anyway, before buying. If it sucks, I'll wait even more.

Does anyone know if the Linux-client will include all changes from the Windows-client?

And what changes would they be? AFAIK the Linux client is pretty much identical to the Windows client for all intents and purposes.

I meant the already announced (and beta-published) patches from Epic.

Sorry for not being specific enough.

Considering that where Ryan's very probably (Read: Dead Certainty... ) pulling his source code that he's compiling the Linux version with is Epic's version control, the odds are good if the patches impact the Linux version, they'll get in there pretty quickly.

This isn't quite like LGP, where we're getting a source dump from the studio and then having to merge patches in. Hopefully, within the next handful of titles, we should be viewed for some titles in much the same way as Ryan and Timothee do and get access like they do from Epic and Id respectively.
