Yes, there are already test profiles for Prey and Enemy Territory and probably more that I can't remember right now. If I'm not mistaken the only requirement is that the benchmark in question has the ability to be automated somehow, including downloading the program, installing, launching in benchmark mode and exiting the process cleanly. Of course this needs a demo version or something like that.

I already beat this for windows and I just downloaded it (well it auto-downloaded) and played it for a bit. It's as smooth as windows if not smoother. This is with an nvidia card with proprietary drivers, YMMV with "poopier" drivers.
