For source-code for Counter-strike, you can compile up:- the reverse engineered client source code [GPL]
- the reimplemented Half-Life engine source code [GPL]
- the original distributable Half-Life SDK source code [public valve license]
- bundle the redistributable game assets released by Valve in 2003 (full) (cs-only) [public valve license]
