Has WineD3D become faster in games in the meantime?
And should WineD3D replace Dxvk in the future?
And generally run with WineD3D more games than under Dxvk?
Would love to try WineD3D under Arch/Manjaro, do you have to install Wine staging only?

    Thanks for your help.

Dxvk is the future and the future is here if you're using proton, WineD3D is the old OpenGL based wrapper which really doesn't map nearly as well as the Vulkan wrapper Dxvk does.

No. It's inferior to DXVK in terms of both performance and game compatibility.

That bindless texture patch, just as an example, has been around for 3 years and was known to fix game issues. It took until now for it to actually land because gaming support is simply not a priority for WineD3D.
