THAT’S what I call a major version!

Unlike Blender 3.0 that was basically a shy 2.84 with some good enhancements (the real Blender 3.0 was actually 2.8…), this is what should be done with milestones:
Deep breaking changes for futureproof-ness and letting devs taking their time to do it fully and right.
