    Amazing ! Star Citizen and Anthem increased by 15 fps, running only 10 fps lower now than my setup is supposed to perform on windows. It looks like we are almost there .

      Nice - these CPU overhead improvements (particularly ones involving separate threads) ought to really help with games that seem to be locked to one or two cores. One game I play in Proton is heavily CPU bottlenecked, and it appears only one core seems to be affected. Though, perhaps I'm wrong and offloading stuff like the command buffer to another thread maybe won't do anything in this case.
