Count cycles used to solve TLB misses

Hi,

I am doing some experiments with THP and I am trying to discover the number of cycles used during a TLB miss.

Perf is able to retrieve TLB misses and cycles but not cycle during TLB miss. So I was planning to use oprofile: http://lwn.net/Articles/379748/ but it seems to be deprecated and cant be used when perf is running...

Any idea?
