    To be honest, this looks like the best option for servers and workstation that already use LVM - some combined with software (MD) or hardware RAID.
    However, what I'm missing in this article is the implications of losing the SSD - especially if you combined the SSID in fairly resilient RAID6/RAID10 VG.
