Skype Video/Audio Call Alternatives?

XMPP seems pretty cool but the Google XMPP which are the most common don't seem to support video and voice calls. Anyone know of a good XMPP server or good alternative for voice and video calls?

P.S. Skype and Microsoft suck. Also, something with good encryption would be nice.
