Linux 3.11-rc1 Kernel Released With Glorious Features
Phoronix, Linux Hardware Reviews, Linux hardware benchmarks, Linux server benchmarks, Linux benchmarking, Desktop Linux, Linux performance, Open Source graphics, Linux How To, Ubuntu benchmarks, Ubuntu hardware, Phoronix Test Suite
Very excited to try the power management stuff on my Radeon hardware. The UVD stuff already works great on the cards I've tried (4650, 5570, 6310 in AMD E-350 netbook).
Note that there are some fixes in Alex's drm-fixes-3.11 branch which aren't in 3.11rc1. At least one of them (/drm/radeon/dpm disable gfx PG on PALM) looks important for anyone with an E-350 or similar APU :

Just tested the drm-fixes-3.11 branch, still the problem with artifacts on my HD6870. Where do I report that bug, does it go under the xorg section on freedesktop.org bugtracker?
