FFmpeg 2.0 Released With OpenCL, Many Changes

Anybody know what the OpenCL part does?
Encoding, decoding, etc.

Some video filters can use OpenCL i.e. deshake.

Nothing of both. I think they use the lookahead Kernels for h264.

Apparently it does now:

2.0 was released on 2013-07-08. It is the latest stable FFmpeg release from the 2.0 release branch, which was cut from master on 2013-07-08. Amongst lots of other changes, it includes all changes from ffmpeg-mt, libav master of 2013-07-07, libav 9 as of 2013-07-07.
