    weird, kernel.org seems to still have rc3 and not rc4 linked, it's https so can't say that isp is caching, chrome force-reload doesn't fix it.

    https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/ker...ch-3.10-rc4.xz doesn't work either (changing rc3 to rc4)

      Read the release notes from Linus, RC4 is currently only available via Git.
