    Oh, god.

    (Anyone knows how to add TM marks?)
    If they haven't done it with Xenix, why would they do it with Linux?

      *Cough-cough*

      Now you do the 1+1

        No good before SP2.

          I hope this doesn't mean the end of openSUSE.

            Well, the source is out there, so that's doubtful. At worst, they might have to change names, which is not too terrible (think RHEL vs Fedora).

            That said, openSUSE hasn't been in the spotlight for quite some time now. It's a good, user-friendly distro, but it simply doesn't generate excitement, like Fedora or Ubuntu, anymore.

              Sounds pretty positive. Let's hope it's not just sweet talk.

                The only thing positive that could come out of this is Microsoft and Oracle getting in a massive lawsuit against each other which would be completely awesome because it would harm both companies, whom are both their own version of an "Evil Empire".

                Hopefully Oracle v. Google is dismissed..

                  From my experience in marketing claims:
                  If they keep silent - they will usually release.
                  If they talk loud and want to assure you - they will close it very soon. They just don't want to have "rats run leaving the sinking ship" yet.

                  Somebody should really port Yast to Gentoo!

                    1 + 1 = you're being paranoid.

                    Xenix is also UNIX. d-;

                      Google will lose. They've already been shown to have violated copyright by mixing gpl2 code with Apache2 in an Apache2 licensed project.
