        Well it's a bit big to hit 6.12 or any LTS kernel right? And it's not a fix? I think the best hope is that distros add it manually to their kernel until 6.13 naturally rolls in

          The patch could apply to 6.12 without much trouble though. The bigger problem would be merging the later updates if I diverge from the mainline.

                    ptr1337 backported it on CachyOS 6.12 kernel.
                    I'm using his patch for my own kernel BTW, thanks ptr1337.
