      @Michael:

      Title needs to be fixed:

      Linux 6.13 Very Exciting With New Feature Code For AMD EPYC Zen 5, Intel Panter Lake

      Panther, not Panter.

        Google's useless POS called Binder has been merged in the past, but they're waiting for ntsync, which will benefit millions of Linux users. Binder only benefits Google and it's slow, irritating piece of shit. What's funny G. Hartman was voting for it to be merged. Afaik Hartman doesn't work for google, so he had to be bribed.

          PREEMPT_LAZY is going to be a whole new baseline.
          Really looking forward to it.

            My hope is that general purpose distributions will default to it, and that at that point it'll be enough to pass a kernel parameter via bootloader to enable PREEMPT_RT.

            (which workstation/desktop users will want to do)

              Michael did you get autocorrected to weary from lazy(or lackadaisical?)? as in 'weary code'?(!)

              [EDIT]

              you also had another weird one where you referred to 'tain' in another recent article.. Tain is an incredibly obscure word, I had to even go so far as to check if it was indeed a word, which it is to my amazement(sort of).

              Yet it appears to have no bearing/applicability in context of the sentence/article... (unless there is also equally obscure slang associated with 'tain'...)

              [/EDIT]

                Don't forget about rtw88 drivers for rtl8812au and its family.
