Phoronix: It's Looking Like sched_ext Will Try Again To Land For Linux 6.12

While Linus Torvalds was hoping to merge the sched_ext extensible scheduler for the Linux v6.11 kernel cycle, that didn't end up happening after some technical issues were raised on the kernel mailing list. Improvements only adds greater chances for it to become better when it actually lands.

i hope they take their time to at least get the interface right, because worst that could happen is to hurry it in and discover that there was some problem and need to soon introduce v2 while keeping v1 in to not break things. It almost already happened if Linus had pulled it like he said for 6.11
