    My understanding is that those are just friendly UI terms for the equivalent of nice commands. Think of realtime ~= nice -20 and high ~= nice -10, although the range of priorities in windows is different than linux.

      realtime is a special priority of something like 9999. The rest are not that different from linux i think.
