How is this different from FUSE?
Is this the same thing as FUSE?
Maybe FUSE could use IO_uring.

FUSE is filesystem in userspace.

UBD is userspace block driver.

They operate on different level here.

FUSE could use io-uring, in fact, there's something called fuseuring https://github.com/uroni/fuseuring that demonstrates use of io-uring with FUSE.
