      amd-pstate is not in 5.16 and will not be. Nor at the moment is it queued for 5.17, still in patch form on the mailing list.

        thank you. i thought it will be present in 5.16 with all those test done by you
        is there a patch that i can download somewhere?
        i've seen that mailing list (which i never follow). there are patches in every mail for v7. do i apply them in order? would they work on 5.16(or maybe 5.15)?
