    Is this for WSL? The title is kind of confusing, and the patch page does not help much.

      Amazon engineers for Linux 5.14 have contributed support for advertising XMM fast hypercall support to Hyper-V guests within KVM.
      It sounds to me like it's used for Windows guest running in KVM.
