    I wonder if Mikrotik is funding these enhancements.

    Given Mikrotik's attitude/double-standard towards open source over the past ~20 years I doubt it, yet one still wonders.

      Well it would intersting trst how much cpu power consumes Linux,Win,MacOs for network and disk transfers in my opinion too much.
