      It can be. A big merge can rewrite a lot of existing code without adding new features.

          Hello All! How to test the HDMI Freesync w. 5.13 ? There is some log in dmesg, that Freesync is active?

              Having issue with hd7950 on boot with lasts next before this rc1, i have new gpu so i cant test.
              amdgpu.dpm=0 fix but lose performance.
              I can add image if necessary.
