    Don't know about fanless mode, but the NTFS driver hasn't been mainlined yet.

      Yes to the fanless support (aka zerorpm), no to the NTFS driver

        Will these improvements be integrated in 5.10LTs kernel?

          Features are essentially never backported to previous releases by the upstream kernel community, once a kernel is released the goal is to only provide bug fixes. The only exceptions are security issues that require big changes (think spectre/meltdown), and minor changes like adding PCI IDs so that existing drivers recognize new devices.
