    As a late change that was merged yesterday for the Linux 5.4 kernel that will be released in the next few weeks, Xen 32-bit PV guest support has been deprecated...

    The first AMD64 processor, the Opteron, was released 16 years ago ... Deprecation is the right way to go.

      This will allow Phoronix to retire a large deal of legacy hardware in his inventory kept around for legacy testing.

          If still running x86_32 as the host system as opposed to just 32-bit VMs
          That's not the case anywhere, according to this:
          Xen on x86 requires 64-bit support

            I don't keep any x86 32-bit systems in the racks at all.
