Many people want that these 5.3-rcX server oriented kernel releases causes problems for desktop users, for AMD users especially. So remove this message here too if you are afraid of the success of AMD hardware and want bug reports for AMD hardware when the reason is in other companies.

Disable NUMA and HMM in the 5.3-rc5 kernel

Big companies are messing with the memory management code and do not test with desktop systems. Disable all in CONFIG_CGROUPS, enable CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_MADVISE and create the file /etc/sysctl.d/local.conf too:
vm.overcommit_memory=2
vm.overcommit_ratio=100
buff/cache memory is not reused and memory fills to 300MB free without these fixes.

Or how to relate them with another users that are not here to defend themselves..

I don't know who they are, usually I don't even point my fingers to anyone( as that is a bit rude.. ).
In a world with 7.5 billion people, and in the Internet World we live in..., its 'almost' impossible to know..

The only way would be,
Maybe installing a trojan, on the Victims Computer( that's why I said 'almost' above )..
That behaviour would amount to a severe Crime( In the Open Source world, that are no bigger Crime than that.. ), and it has nasty Legal Formalities..

Its a bit sad,
But I think I need to remind you, that any Citizen has the Right to Self-Expression..
And seems that some one is in pursuit, of some Victim( because when that's happen, the person/target is a victim of persecution.. ).

Several users, also persecuted me, in a lot of posts, with comments like I see above... and I was not even the person that publicised that posts( I don't even had a opinion on the subject ).. but some one appears replying, putting my name there...That's very, very rude!

That have happened to me maybe one hundred times already..,
And when I see that happening I don't know who is 'playing low'..that seems pure Narcissism..
