        The only standard file system Linux has is ext4. There are lots of filesystems in the kernel and most of them are far far worse than ZFS.

            Yeah, data loss, incomplete writes and power failures are soo 2018. We live in the future where we have no need for filesystems that use transactional checksums.

                Really looking forward to the benchmarks.

                Have been using zfs-linux-git with native encryption for a while, might be time to switch so I can stop worrying about data loss
