    Than guess it was the former (reading comprehension), I misunderstood your point. My apologies for the noise.

    I believe starshipeveleven was referring to Gentoo, a source based distributions usually used by '1337's' (which is the source of said patch), and not the Linux kernel.

    ... On the other hand, as noted above, my reading comprehension skills are having a bad hair day, so go figure.

      i have just compilet gentoo-kernel-5.0.1
      with
      doing grep -e CONFIG_MARCH_NATIVE .config it have not this option then how will i know about this update in 5.. branch,
      may be when ready it showing to me with make oldconfig updating?
