    "Up to 10%+" literally means "Between 0 and 10%, or more". So, any value, then.

          That doesn't sound realistic to me. Maybe the CPU power usage can drop up to 10%, but claiming the system's power usage can drop by that amount sounds completely unrealistic to me.

              It's so confusing. I wanted to look at the code — just curious — so I went to the Rafel's git https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux...ux-pm.git/log/ There's nothing relevant as far as I can see. Then I went to the commit he mentioned in the mail https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux...11ce2adaff40f3 This commit doesn't even exist in the log! Wtf.

                FWIW I ended up using the search for "rafael" name in the Torvalds' git https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux...uthor&q=rafael
