If you use Fedora, you might be using DNF too.
I've enhanced a little bit the output with this pull request: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/dnf/pull/358
It highlights the part of the version that is updated, so you can now if it is just a distribution upgrade, a patch upgrade, a minor upgrade or a major upgrade.
As you can see in this screenshot, you can easily see that it's just a patch upgrade:
