    Looks like their plans for a GUI option to try out Wayland failed, especially for non-intel video cards.

            For developers, yes. NOT for end users. There was never any plan to push Wayland for end users atleast until Fedora 21.

              How come the wireless settings need so many more clicks to change settings?

                Are you referring to the installer? desktop environment? How many clicks did it take before and how many does it take now? who knows

                    The Gnome Notification centre, it used to list available WiFi networks and allow you to turn on/off WiFi from the desktop, now that's all buried in the settings application.
