My day-to-day usages are bug-free, although that's Kubuntu under X11 (not Wayland). Anyone can use a [Kubuntu virtual machine](https://www.linuxvmimages.com/images/kubuntu-2204) and see it for himself.
I'm glad it works well for you, I wasn't criticizing Ubuntu or Kubuntu, I was wondering if apt which is the package manager of Debian derivatives, had some problems in the latest releases.
I personally don't use Kubuntu because of its release system, I prefer a rolling or semi-rollling system.
