The RichARCH Linux installer still has LVM options for setup (richarch.sourceforge.net).

Crazy when you think about that even t2 has LVM support for 20 years: https://t2sde.org/

arch has lvm support for years. considering that their installer is quite new it's a step forward.
i still prefer to install arch manually though. i am just used to it

so nice to see some distributions gets each most unimportant change reported while others get no news at all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's about user marketshare. Your distribution has a tiny fraction of the users which Arch does. If your distribution was popular then it would be news.

Moreover, you consistently shamelessly mention your distribution without mentioning that it is your distribution, which is deceptive and a HUGE putoff. It is why I would not even install it in a VM; based on your behavior, I don't trust you. If you were not consistently deceptive then it would be a different story.

I've said this before. I don't understand why you do that because it leaves a terrible taste in peoples mouth. You're volunteering and putting this work into it, I get it... but why be deceptive about it? Let alone on Phoronix which has like a dozen actual forum users, basically no new users and no benefit in doing this?

true, but that's just how it is. popular things always get more news coverage.
maybe (just a wild guess) because more people use it and find that interesting.

Aha, maybe with manual LVM I will be able to use this installer in the future.
