    The only point of the .3 release is to provide updated installation media. So if you are not going to install Ubuntu 8.04.3 from scratch, move on, nothing to see.

    If you have used the update-manager lately, you already have all the updates which constitute the .3 release. You should of course use the update-manager often (like every week) to get important security updates, and not wait for Phoronix to tell you
